Ashgrove
Ashgrove has been farming in Tasmania’s rich Northwest since 1908. Their cows graze outdoors on natural ryegrasses, unique to the area at 41 degrees latitude, which gives their milk its fresh, rich flavour. Milk is collected daily from Ashgrove’s family farms and turned into delicious cheese, cream, and butter at their local factory.
Ashgrove is proudly 100% family-owned, with generations of the Bennett family working the land. In 1983, brothers Michael and John took a big step and started making their own premium cheeses. Today, Ashgrove’s ‘pasture-to-plate’ approach means every product is made close to home, using the freshest milk for an authentic taste of Tasmania.
