PDP Fine Foods, trading as Wicked Sister Fine Foods
Inspired by a passion to create vivid taste experiences in the dairy dessert category, Paul Polly (MD) founded PDP Fine Foods Pty Limited (“PDP”) in 2008.
Identifying a competitive niche, PDP quickly developed a range of innovative desserts in response to increasing consumers’ demand for convenient, unique dairy based products at the premium end of the market. With a significant capital investment in plant and equipment, the Wicked Sister brand was born and is found today across all National retailers.
Supporting its loyal customer base for Wicked Sister’s Vanilla Bean Rice Pudding, PDP began developing, refining and distributing a range of flavoured rice puddings. This extended into a range of decadent and indulgent desserts, which consist of a Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Mango Passionfruit coulis and Panna Cotta with Raspberry coulis, Vanilla Bean Crème Caramel, Vanilla Bean Rice Pudding with Apple Cinnamon and Creamy Coconut Rice Pudding - all in a convenient twin pack format for National retail markets.
Today’s range also includes a 500-gram family option for our flagship Madagascan Vanilla bean Rice Pudding and Premium Custard with vanilla bean.
In January of 2016, Wicked Sister moved into a brand new, purpose-built facility in south-western Sydney that has quickly become envied by many in the industry. The facility is HACCP Certified to BSI SQF Code Edition 7.2 – Level 3 with a comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System. All product produced by Wicked Sister is positive released to sale by a NATA Certified laboratory.
This investment in its new facility supports continued growth through significant increases in output, efficiencies and capacity; whilst enabling the Company to design, formulate and manufacture new product formats for the future.
Wicked Sister today employs a highly skilled, diverse team of people that ensure we consistently deliver high-quality desserts to its consumers.
Through its partnership with Australian Fine Foods; Wicked Sister will soon be found across many Asian retail markets.
